Chris serves as CEO of In-Q-Tel, an independent strategic investment firm that identifies innovative technologies to support the missions of the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) and the broader U.S. intelligence community. Chris also sits on the National Security Commission for Artificial Intelligence.
Michael Rolnick

Michael manages the operations of Chain Bridge and has two decades of experience as an operating executive, founder/entrepreneur and venture capital investor.
Steve Bowsher
Chairman, Sponsor Group
Steve currently serves as President of In-Q-Tel and previously served as Managing General Partner, leading the company’s investment strategy since 2006. Mr. Bowsher has personally managed In-Q-Tel’s relationships with Palantir, MongoDB Initiate Systems, Cleversafe and various other companies.
